Project Management
From the first steps to planning, we help with budgets, timing, and logistics of your project. This is also the stage where we identify possible risks and challenges and offer solutions for them. We have access to a lot of modern tools that, depending on project needs, can help realize your vision and allow us the flexibility to create your piece to the best possible quality.
Each project is guided by the management team, from production detail, approval images, shipping and final images, and archival information. Certain projects require installation kits, which we offer. This documentation often proves highly beneficial to the life of the work.
We monitor the quality of each step in the production and execution phase as well as the logistics between suppliers, shipping, and installation. We are an extension of the artist’s studio and all of this is done with the constant communication of the artist making sure they are as much a part of the process as if this were their own collaborative space.
SHIPPING
We offer comprehensive crating and shipping services designed to protect the surface and structure of each individual artwork. Our custom crates are built by experienced art handlers using the best practices of galleries and museums. Once the crates are complete, we work with our trusted vendors and affiliates around the world to ensure the safe arrival of your project.
INSTALLATION
Some pieces require a complex installation process. Before the production of artwork begins, our team begins considering the final installation of the piece.
Our investment in this careful planning process makes installation as smooth as possible and informs the production of each work. If on-site installation assistance is needed, we are available to coordinate with the site and its team.
Certain projects also require installation kits, which we offer in the form of photo/video and written instructions. This documentation often proves highly beneficial to the life of the work.
“It is humbling to travel the world and stumble across projects we have produced and installed.”
