Our Digital Capabilities

an artisan sits at a 3D scanning table with an artist's maquette. It is being scanned to enlarge the sculpture to life size.

SCANNING

Capture every detail—digitally.

Scan-to-Print or CNC:
Turn scans into editable files for 3D printing, CNC milling, or digital design workflows.

White Light & Laser Bed Scanning:
High-resolution scanning methods that preserve texture and form with precision.

3D Renderings of Originals:
Digitally reproduce maquettes, sculptures, and objects—ideal for enlargements, restorations, or archival documentation.

A larger-than-life CNC milled foam figure stands infrom of a milling machine - the smaller artist's original sits next to if for comparison.

ENLARGEMENT & 4 AXIS CNC MILLING

Scale your vision with digital precision.

Durable, Weatherproof, Hard-Coated Foam:
Lightweight and tough—ideal for outdoor displays, theater props, or large-scale mockups.

Maquette Sculpture Enlargement (or Reduction):
Accurately scale models up or down—great for public art, maquettes, or scaled reproductions.

CNC Machined Armatures for Clay Up:
Strong, precise internal structures to speed up clay work and support complex forms.

3D PRINTING

Fast, detailed output from your digital files.

Sculpture Reproductions:
Faithfully reproduce originals or scale editions—great for limited runs and archiving.

Rapid Prototypes:
Quickly test form and fit—perfect for design mockups or sculpture development.

Castable Resins:
Wax-like prints ready for casting—used in bronze sculpture, jewelry, and metal parts.

1. Send a File or Object

2. Scanning and Enlargement

We scan your piece and review the file with your before enlargement. We work in tandem to make any refinements that may be needed.

3. Printing & Fabrication

Once approved, we move on to CNC milling or 3D printing. Then, your piece is ready to move through the foundry process, or opt for a hard coated finished foam piece!
